Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of working as a Executive Creative Director at Rocketpanda, collaborating closely with my dear friend Riccardo Albertini, we guide the studio in creating brilliant, high-impact visual and technological projects. Our goal is to tell new and magical stories, working with brands that believe in the power of storytelling and design. Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of working as an Art Director at Rocketpanda. In this role, I have led teams to achieve beautiful and coherent projects, ensuring that each piece aligns perfectly with our creative vision. Here's what I bring to the table:- Art direction: Steering creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring the final output meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. I guide teams through brainstorming sessions, creative discussions, and visual development to bring innovative ideas to life.- Visual Development & Execution: Translating creative ideas into visually compelling content. This involves working closely with the team to develop storyboards, style frames, and animations that capture the essence of the project.- Timeline & Client Management: Balancing multiple projects while managing timelines and client expectations. I ensure that all milestones are met and that the clients are kept in the loop with regular updates and feedback sessions.- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Leading and mentoring a team of designers, animators, and other creative professionals. Conducting regular reviews, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve the best results.

Over the past three years, I've had the opportunity to develop and lead the 3D unit from scratch, establishing a pipeline and workflow tailored to the studio's unique style. I lead projects as a 3D generalist. From modeling to look development, animation, rendering, and compositing, I handle all aspects of motion graphics scenes and 3D. Here’s what I bring to the table:- 3D Modeling & Scene Composition: Crafting detailed models, UVs, set dressing, and scene layouts.- Look Development & Texturing: Utilizing Blender's node system, Substance Painter, Procreate, and more to achieve the perfect texture and look.-Compositing & Post-Production: Fine-tuning shots with color correction to seamlessly blend 2D styles or match the overall mood of the video.- Animation: Bringing geometric shapes, objects, and characters to life with a cel animation style, often using 2D references.- Team Leadership: Leading the 3D team, conducting reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring we meet the client's expectations and project objectives.

I've worked side by side with the Experience team as an external collaborator developing digital products. During this period I've designed and animated User interfaces and other digital projects.

I was so lucky for collaborating with this amazing animation studio during the summer period. I've studied both 2D and 3D animation, struggling with various and different software in order to achieve breathtaking projects.

I joined AQuest "Experience" unit this summer for a six months internship. In this period I've learned a lot about digital design and UI/UX design working closely with a great team.While I was learning that "Websites are not websites anymore" I've also got what passion for great projects is. They taught me the importance of being precise, accurate, pixel perfect (even if I'm still working on it... eh eh). I had fun working, I grew up learning. I accepted every challenge with a great smile, even those i failed. I had a family in here and I'm so glad that I would do it exactly the same.In particular, my tasks where:- Web UI/UX (I designed several homepages, internal pages, banner and others...);- UI prototyping and animation;- creation of creative (and kick-ass) strategies for developing great products;- Other intern stuff... you know what I'm talking about :)

I carried out an internship at Nexidia Srl improving my knowledge in Graphic Design, ADV and Copywriting. I totally joined the activities proposed by a communication agency and this helped me redefining my future goals.
