CurrentAs a Junior HRBP, I am the primary HR contact for the Procurement and ICT global functions. Key responsibilities include:• Supporting line managers with HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, learning paths and talent acquisition.• Conducting KPI analysis and updating HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management.• Assisting Centers of Excellence (COE) in defining and implementing HR policies and procedures such as organizational design, grading and career development.Projects:• Contributed to the move to the new HQ building, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees and assisting in managing the cultural change.• Contributed to the global adoption of Microsoft 365, enhancing collaboration and productivity across the organization.
