(IT) All'interno di un team composto da consulenti IT esterni e logistic manager interni, ho lavorato alla progettazione, roll-out e go live di un software dedicato per la gestione integrata e automatizzata degli ordini. L'obiettivo finale, poi raggiunto, con successo, è stato quello di progettare e adottare in ogni sito logistico dell'azienda un software in grado di assegnare l'ordine del cliente al conducente migliore, percorrendo la strada migliore nel momento migliore, rispettando le date di consegna, nell'ottica della riduzione dei costi e dei tempi. La parte principale del mio lavoro è stata la progettazione di KPI e la scelta delle variabili sia per monitorare l'andamento del progetto sia per co-progettare insieme agli ingegneri informatici i criteri e gli algoritmi di lavoro del sistema. Oltre a seguire le fasi del progetto ho anche affiancato il purchasing manager al fine di supportarlo nella gestione degli approvvigionamenti, nella valutazione delle scorte ai fini di evitare rotture di stock.(EN) Within a team composed of external IT consultants and internal logistic managers, I worked on the design, roll-out, and go-live of dedicated software for integrated and automated order management. The ultimate, successfully achieved goal was to design and adopt software at each company logistics site capable of assigning customer orders to the best driver, taking the best route at the best time, while meeting delivery dates, with a focus on cost and time reduction. The main part of my work involved designing KPIs and selecting variables both to monitor the project's progress and to co-design with the IT engineers the criteria and algorithms for the system's operation. In addition to overseeing the project phases, I also supported the purchasing manager in procurement management, evaluating inventory to avoid stockouts.
