Dopo la laurea in Scienze Politiche all’Università la Sapienza di Roma, entra nella direzione Risorse Umane di Fiat Auto dove ricopre diversi ruoli, spaziando dalle Relazioni Sindacali di stabilimento all’attuazione di progetti di riorganizzazione nell’headquarter di Torino. Nel 2001 diventa HR Manager di Starwood Hotels & Resort per l’hotel Sheraton di Roma dove rimane per 3 anni prima di assumere l’incarico di HR Director per gli hotel dell’Area di Milano. Qui, oltre ad occuparsi di selezione, formazione, relazioni sindacali e aspetti legali, si impegna in importanti progetti di integrazione degli alberghi Le Meridien di Milano e Torino nel gruppo Starwood e segue l’apertura dello Sheraton Milan Malpensa. In questo periodo ricopre anche incarichi in Confindustria Assolombarda ed ha una cattedra al Master in Tourism Management presso l'Università IULM. Dal Gennaio 2014 assume il ruolo di Corporate HR in BCube, azienda italiana leader nel settore della Logistica integrata con più di 4,000 dipendenti e circa 70 siti in Italia e all’estero dove si è impegnato nel processo di sviluppo organizzativo a livello internazionale. Dal 2016 è tornato nel mondo degli alberghi con incarichi consulenziali. Dal maggio 2017 è stato Senior Manager per Aventur, società di consulenza che opera come un “HR Office” in outsourcing, supportando diverse società negli aspetti organizzativi, delle relazioni sindacali, legali, amministrativi e della selezione e sviluppo. Oggi dopo la laurea in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione si interessa di tematiche relative all'insegnamento nel campo della didattica di sostegno.Nel 2024 rientra nel mondo degli alberghi come Director of People and Culture dell'hotel Daniele di Venezia.
