Efficiently prepares documentation regarding the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with legal regulations, and organizes it for easierfuture use.Communicates with supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders aboutoperations, and/or waste sorting and disposal issues, and provides necessaryinput for suitable next steps.Effectively monitors operation compliance with the Integrated ManagementSystem (ISO 9001, ISO 45 001, ISO 14 001), actively looking for space to make improvements in current processes and to develop new, the more efficienttechniques/ways of working.Informs managers about open work assignments in order to keep the workflow inprogress and scheduled time-frame.Visits traffic facilities, on a regular basis, to determine whether waste is sorted inaccordance with the existing legislative solutions and standards of the ISO 14 001series, and provides input for necessary corrections where needed.Efficiently completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by thedepartment manager and also submits the Annual Report on waste production tothe Environmental Protection Agency.Provides an input for the development of technical specifications in the procedureof public procurement and assists in the review of tenders documentation.Effectively negotiates deadlines and methods of collection, transport, storage andtreatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste with operators in accordancewith concluded contracts in the public procurement procedure.Supervises the financial realization of concluded contracts with operators in thefield of waste disposal and environmental protection.Develops and conducts internal trainings for newly employed workers in GSP Belgrade in the field of environmental protection.
