My professional personality was made by the symbiosis of 3 sectors: tourism, customer service and management, achieving both commercial and productive objectives for all 3 sectors. I have experience in working at almost every position related to tourism and hospitality - bar, restaurant, administration, concierge, front office manager, executive director of hotel, hotel guide, tour guide, transfer guide and more. I have developed initiative, communication, negotiation, time management, troubleshooting and planning as main competences, as well as the development of sales and organization of activities. And finally, yet importantly working in sports sector (especially as a football referee) gave me confidence, patience, high level of stress resistance and developed decision making.The competencies developed across these roles include effective team collaboration, advanced problem-solving, and strategic coaching. These skills, alongside my proficiency in Latvian, Russian, English, and Spanish, enable me to foster multicultural communication and create tailored experiences in the evolving tourism sector.
