I worked in project teams within development at different stages within the technology lifespan from early development to commercialisation. I was also working with IP, third party patent analysis, novelty searches as well as mapping the IP landscape of internal technology

Worked in a development lab for Coil coatings. I have mostly worked within projects for development of UV cured products. I'm been involved in planning experiments using software for experimental designs. I have gained hands on experience with wet chemistry, analysis of both wet and dry coatings using standard tests. I have also been involved with continous improvment work, mainly 5S.
