As a marketing manager I had sole responsibility for the marketing efforts and reported to the board of directors.Highlights:- Built the new website from scratch, primarily to provide a better focus on lead-generation and SEO cornerstones. - Increased the hitrate of leads from digital sources, primarily from website leads. (+316% in January 2020 compared to the median of 2019) - Responsibility for the lead inflow of all digital channels in close contact with sales in every region- Managed and implemented a complete re-branding, both digital (Website, social media etc) and physical (Cars, clothes etc)- Hand picked and managed a team of freelancers for various tasks- Managed the collaboration with a digital marketing agency. Co-Founder & CmoBaetes Mar 2017 - Dec 2018Stockholm, SwedenCo-Founded the company and implemented the idea of showing single products directly on e-commerce sites as a plugin, where the initial idea was to create an e-commerce platform to help physical stores without an e-commerce site to digitalize. As a development of the ideas, the company now aims to solve the two biggest issues with e-commerce, high returns, and low conversion rates. I had the primary responsibility of product development together with our CTO as well as developing and implementing a system for 3D scanning, where the end goal was to automate the whole process.I employed and led a team of 3D specialists as well as marketing and design interns during the period.
