As a marketing manager I had sole responsibility for the marketing efforts and reported to the board of directors.Highlights:- Built the new website from scratch, primarily to provide a better focus on lead-generation and SEO cornerstones. - Increased the hitrate of leads from digital sources, primarily from website leads. (+316% in January 2020 compared to the median of 2019) - Responsibility for the lead inflow of all digital channels in close contact with sales in every region- Managed and implemented a complete re-branding, both digital (Website, social media etc) and physical (Cars, clothes etc)- Hand picked and managed a team of freelancers for various tasks- Managed the collaboration with a digital marketing agency.     Co-Founded the company and implemented the idea of showing single products directly on e-commerce sites as a plugin, where the initial idea was to create an e-commerce platform to help physical stores without an e-commerce site to digitalize. As a development of the ideas, the company now aims to solve the two biggest issues with e-commerce, high returns, and low conversion rates. 
I had the primary responsibility of product development together with our CTO as well as developing and implementing a system for 3D scanning, where the end goal was to automate the whole process.I employed and led a team of 3D specialists as well as marketing and design interns during the period.

Highlights:- Iterating and changing the primary idea (e-commerce platform for physical stores with the option of 360 VR scanning in their stores) to virtual showrooms (as a plugin on their websites) to single 3D product viewing (as a compliment to 2D pictures on customers websites)- Was enrolled in “Sting Accelerate”, one of the leading acceleration programs in Europe - Scanned and edited Douchebags (www.douchebags.com) 3D collection for their website together with two other 3D specialists.- Created a primary 3D in-house scanning station for a stage 1 automation implementation- Created a 3D workflow from scanned product to upload on customers website together with our CTO- Built and developed the software for our 3D viewer as well as showroom viewer together with our CTO- Led a team of 3D specialists, programmers and creative interns- Design changes and implementation together with our creative interns (web design, product design, showroom concepts, sales material)- Copywriting for website, pitch and sales material- Won the weekly pitch-challenge and pitched for around 7500 people in Annexet, Globen as a finalist for “Businesspodden Awards”
