I was also instrumental in running the soft skills program on a nationwide basis for the Media Federation of Australia from its inception.

Working with leading media agencies in Sydney to grow revenue and client satisfaction. Managing master media agreement with major national advertisers on 10 stations nationally. Conducted development and training within the sales team.

Responsible for generating revenue from all the traditional media agencies, who had previously not used online advertising. Role required lots of networking and education about the growth and opportunities with internet advertising.

Representing the national portfolio of all ABC owned and operated radio stations to the Los Angeles media and advertising community. Responsible for managing and growing relationships within the advertising/media industry and with all of the individual ABC Station Managers across the USA. Negotiating, problem solving, relationship management were skills that were deployed daily.

Responsible for developing marketing and research materials and diseminating information to the sales teams across Interep businesses. These included; ABC, Clear Channel and CBS radio stations. The role required spending a great amount of time with individual sales teams to produce the documents and research they required to generate revenue in market.
