With a background in Operations, Production and HR Management, I am skilled at developing, implementing and managing operations and processes to develop highly efficient and productive working environments.A versatile professional, I am able to handle a diverse portfolio of organisational development projects whilst ensuring business as usual across multiple areas of work.In my current role, I lead the People Operations team - a global team of 40 skilled professionals across 8 countries, who support the business in areas including analytics, case management, reward, employment law, D&I, policy and best practice, as well as offering efficient shared services to the business.My day-to-day involves supporting and developing my team, HR case management, resolving functional or efficiency issues, removing blocks to delivery and contributing to strategic direction on a variety of People-related themes.I'm at my most passionate when working to resolve the interplay between commercial needs, efficiency and delivery, and ethical considerations.More than anything, I'm driven by the people I work with - a team sharing passion for their work, with a hearty dash of accountability and empathy, can push boundaries, challenge norms and excel together.
