    I worked with fishers and government scientists to investigate the the use of electricity in fishing for razor clams (Ensis spp.) and the effects of using electricity on non-target species. This project was commissioned to provide scientific evidence to enable the Scottish Government to develop appropriate legislation on marine electrofishing for razor clams and led to a change in policy in 2018.
