 Responsible for preparation of month-end close and providing in-depth analysis monthly KPI presentations and related reports such as financial analysis, Expense vs Budget, Contribution margin, customer returns analysis, CEO’s quarter reports.  Assist the Accounting Manager with the preparation & review of monthly financial statements, intercompany consolidation, intercompany reconciliation and calculate depreciation and amortization and maintain and update FPE schedule Prepare bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, cash rolling forecast, fix assets and intangible asset schedule while ensuring timely periodically sales & use tax filing, and maintaining company business licenses in all participated states.  Train and oversee AP/AR specialists while streamlining accounting procedures through automation process and ad hoc financial reports. Handles a significant number of ad hoc queries, and analysis as required including interacting with SAP Business One conversion team for various test scenarios, prioritizes work effectively to ensure that these queries are responded to on a timely basis.

 Assists the Controller to facilitate the month end close of multi-company process with focus on improvement opportunities to expedite the month end close process with higher quality; Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions; Ensures accounting transactions are timely and precisely posted while reviewing and investigating discrepancies and variances Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information; Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Maintains company’s accounting policy and practices accordingly to the US GAAP; Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Oversees the sites KPI reporting ensuring relevance and reliability and provide budgeting and forecasting process with analysis into variances; Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product; Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
