Perform onsite and remote analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of end-user and IT systems incidents and problems.Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and IT systems from physical hardware all the way down to applications and software.Provide technical support and consultation services to end-users, via ticketing system, phones, and/or chat.Assist customers with issue identification, reproduction, and resolution.Identify and escalate priority issues per customer specifications.Perform customer training and demos.Serve as the liaison between users and server, network, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient incident and problem resolution.

Assist staff with testing new hardware (computers, printers, scanners, iPads, iPhones, etc.)Assist with resolving technical issues encountered (hardware and operating system related).Perform various duties such as troubleshooting; imaging, installing printers, cable management, memory upgrades; desktop,WOWs, AIOs refreshes; end user devices like scanners, wristband label, network printers. Assist with other desktop related projects (Windows upgrades, deployments, etc) such as Windows 7 and 10 deployment- Imaging of HP All-In-One Z4 Workstations, Laptops and WOW (mobile medical workstation) through network PXE boot.Provided basic network support, troubleshooting and configuration for desktops and printers.
