I'm a highly motivated professional with demonstrated experience within the renewable and controlled environment sectors of the wider construction industry. Skilled in Heat Network Simulation, Heating and Cooling System Design and Integration, Project Financing, Product Management, Contract Management and Water Resource Management. I believe the climate crisis represents a significant opportunity for the mass adoption of renewable, low-carbon, heat and energy technologies, to successfully transition from fossil fuels. The successful delivery of this, or any complex goal, requires the input of each specialist discipline, all working together toward a common objective. The identification of synergies with existing heat and energy generation technologies to improve system efficiencies and decarbonise delivered energy, whilst providing fully integrated, cost effective, sustainable solutions is optimal. To put the challenge in perspective currently 50% of the annual energy demand in Europe is heating & cooling. Effectively decarbonising this thermal demand is complex as we must consider the heat quality, seasonality of demand, demand profile, etc. This task requires all stakeholders to work together, to alter the way we generate, store, deliver and consume thermal energy. The successful integration of low-carbon, technologies is critical to ensuring we, as a global community, take the necessary steps towards the decarbonisation of this aspect of our daily lives.
