Deputising for the Site Managers in their absence and delivering the operations of the Covid Vaccination ProgrammeAdhering to LEAN standard operating proceduresTaking full ownership of the daily reporting process (Foundry), inputting workforce and patient data, changes to staffing and returning to NHSE within the given deadlinesResourcing, non-clinical training and motivating staffKeeping up to date with legislation and taking legal responsibility for site in the absence of the Site Managers i.e. HSE Deputy Responsible Person, enforcing health and safety rulesTo be IT confident and up to date with all basic systems, especially excel.
