Responsible for evidence generation strategy, value proposition development, and facilitating regional and local marketers in driving penetration of Stratafix barbed sutures and Dermabond Prineo topical skin adhesive.

Managed US marketing initiatives for SURGICEL and SURGIFOAM brand families. Led the launch of the Surgicel Powder laparoscopic accessory. Initiated digital marketing/ non-personal promotion including creative generation, customer targeting, and digital channel management. Facilitated product introduction to and training of specialty sales forces.

Responsible for driving BIOPATCH expansion within the peripheral IV (PIV) market and creating a new industry standard for proactively protecting PIV devices. Coordinated the introduction of Plus Suture and Stratafix barbed suture into representative selling materials as part of an organizational rebranding from “BIOPATCH” to “Infection Risk Management”.

Responsible for sales of Ethicon Biopatch products in hospitals and LTACHs throughout NJ/PA. Partnered with personnel hospital-wide (Infection Control/Prevention, Vascular Access, Education, Materials Management / Purchasing, Quality, PI, Physicians, Residents, and Nursing Management and Staff in ICUs, telemetry, oncology, peds, NICU, MED/surg, vent, ED, PACU, and short stay units) as well as OEMs, custom kit assemblers, and hospital distribution channels. Provided product education and training to diverse hospital staff and departments allowing for effective and successful product implementation and use.

Provided financial leadership to the Global Surgery Group and BioSurgery worldwide supply chain. Consolidated CNIS (costs not in standard), affiliate gross profit, profit in inventory and other material usage variance information for monthly actual and forecast reporting periods. Through supervising a summer intern, and in collaboration with other Business Unit peers, created standardized approaches for reporting across Business Units within Johnson & Johnson MD&D worldwide supply chain.

Partnered with the VP and five National Sales Directors to track headcount and manage expenses associated with a field sales force and contract service organization of ~2000 individuals. Managed $500MM in spending, and helped ensure healthcare compliance. Provided recommendations to senior management around investment and return on investment opportunities.

Provided finance support for the Sales & Marketing team of the Women's Healthcare & Urology franchise, specifically for OTC Lo, Ortho Evra and Elmiron. Managed budget and sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis for >$600MM NTS.

In May 2010 I graduated from J&J's rotational Finance Leadership Development Program. Through three, eight-month rotations, I worked in a variety of functional areas in the Consumer and Pharmaceutical sectors. Prior roles include: Ortho McNeil Janssen Pharmaceuticals: Standardized and reported P&L and Balance Sheet submissions to the company world headquarters in addition to other quarterly and annual inventory, SOX, and sales submissions.Consumer Skillman PPC: Consolidated Sales & Marketing expenses for the CHC (Consumer Health Care) Global Business Unit, and calculated worldwide royalty payments.McNeil: Led annual standard setting process for external manufacturing/contract operations and assisted in mid-year costing during product production redeployment.
