Led 457-person squadron providing complete base level engineering support for a NAF, FW, and 24 tenant units while executing a $24M operating budget and $250+M design and construction program. Tacoma WA

Led workforce of 179 military, civilian, and contract personnel in the execution of all sustainment, restoration, and modernization for real property valued at over $1.6 B including 1382 facilities, 982 housing units, and 30 miles of utility systems. Managed an $8M annual budget and $4.3M/186 vehicle fleet in the accomplishment of service contracts, energy.

Doha Qatar

Led 115 person squadron/group responsible for facility & utility maintenance, repair, and construction, food service and lodging operations, contracting, communications, and logistic support to include supply, transportation, and aerial port operations for 2,000 joint and coalition forces.

Ramstein Germany

Led staff of 4 engineers developing, advocating, funding and executing annual project programs worth over $130M for Real Property Maintenance repairs and construction of vital mission and support facilities throughout USAFE. Developed and defended USAFE’s Future Years Defense Plan for facility projects and services in excess of $780M.
