My background is in event management, working primarily as a conference coordinator with the likes of Pfizer, Abbott Labs, GE Capital, and the Columbia School of Business. One of the things you quickly learn from that work is that when things aren’t working out as planned, you need to be decisive and take action to get things back on course. What doesn’t work is waiting and hoping … otherwise known as drifting or floundering. It’s the same for women in their personal lives. No matter what you’re looking for and not getting in your life … happiness, fulfillment, renewed energy, a sense of purpose, success … the key is to shuffle the deck, return to your core values, and let them guide you in making the changes you need to make to get your life back on track. I guess that’s why I’m known as the "values coach". Together, we'll build on your most deeply held beliefs and values to create a life you’ll treasure.For 20 years, I’ve also served in leadership positions on various community boards, such as Aid to Victims of Domestic Violence, the Men’s Homeless Shelter, Kid’s Place South, and Autism After 21, which I co-founded.
