Continual market analysis and supplier collaboration to achieve ongoing innovation.- Product & Trading: Team and process development to deliver improved range frequency, range architecture and speed to market.

Commercial Buying & Sustainable Sourcing responsibility for women's and menswear trading all channels - digital, wholesale and retail. Key leadership position working to drive continual opportunities in short, mid and long lead sustainable product strategies.- Sourcing: Led the iconic brand's menswear and womenswear trading and sourcing worldwide. Known for being first to market, leading a reactive and high-performing design team, aligning Design and Buying with global supply networks.- Collaboration: Created one voice across the group’s buying divisions to drive country and supplier strategies, driving efficiencies, synergy, and scale leveraging margin and range content opportunities at pace.- Crisis management: Supplier Relationships: Critical supplier-facing role trading the business through CVA and administration.- Process: Process enhancement: Established fast trading routes to support digital wholesale and along with revised buying processes to include Prato (Italy’s fastest production hub).- Wholesale: Developed an off-price wholesale model for Nordstrom Rack with Topshop.- Community: Key role in delivering workshops with The Fashion Retail Academy, with students at all levels.- Finance: Management and communication of supplier finance terms amidst continual headwinds.
