I was the designer, arranger and developer of our transition and professional development program, and responsible for the sustainability and scalability of the program experience for four campuses spread from coast to coast; San Diego, Virginia Beach, Wilmington, THF Virtual campuses.In 2020, despite the COVID environment, strategized, and seamlessly pivoted to increase throughput, serve, and graduate 66% more veterans than the previous year while reducing stress on resources.Led DE&I discussions within the organization and created a unique Professional Development webinar program focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice issues.In 2018, I led the effort to strategize, design, and implement WAYPOINT, a 200-page hardcopy journal/workbook created for Special Operations Veterans. Threading 16 weeks of content into 12, the printed journal was utilized across all THF campuses and is still used today (2024). Title: Force Tactical Information Operations Master Chief for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) |Successfully led one of the premier programs within NSW. Responsible to recruit, train and equip a force of 350 highly technical personnel across eight subordinate organizations. Program management, staff management and leadership.

Title: Senior Enlisted Advisor for Tactical Information Operations at Special Reconnaissance Team ONE | Developed 70 highly technical personnel for arduous combat assignments. Molded the premier department within the organization. Tactical Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert. Designed and executed $700K annual budget for training, travel, and technical equipment procurement and maintenance. Planned monthly/weekly "battle rhythm" to meet Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) requirements. Produced bi-annual executive reports on readiness with the highest results. Coordinated and met training and resource requirements for six consecutive 2-year deployment cycles. Led organizational development changes to maximize department effectiveness and resource accountability. Engaged directly with top leadership; realigned and assumed a $30M equipment inventory and training responsibility from external departments who ineffectively managed these processes. Restructured internal department organizational structure to increase leadership development and work-flow of communications.

Organizational development. Leveraged in-person workshop environments, e-learning, assessments and various other tools to reach the visual, auditory, read-write, and kinesthetic learner.
