As the Director for Leader Development at Carrington, I serve over 3500 associates across multiple businesses in the capital management and real estate industry, enabling them to grow and thrive in their roles.I hold a Master’s in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and will begin pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University in Spring 2025.My passion for learning and development stems from a fulfilling military career, where I trained and deployed alongside Navy SEAL teams as a code-breaker (Cryptologist) and a tactical information operations expert.
