Hello!I am a Bachelor of Law graduated from University of Singaperbangsa Karawang and I am a Certified Human Capital Officer by BNSP. I have been focused on getting good grades throughout my school years, which resulted in me getting 3.61/4.0 on my final score.I am a highly motivated, dedicated, and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a fresh graduate bachelor of law, I have a deep interest in working as a legal staff and as a human capital officer, because I am a conscientious person who can manage legal documents, business contract, etc. I am also able to arrange job descriptions, comprehend recruitment techniques (BEI interviews, technical tests), arrange training using the ADDIE method, prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) based on ISO 9001:2015, compile key performance indicators with balanced scorecards, understand compensation & benefit systems (Wages, Overtime, PPH 21, BPJS, etc.), understand The Employment Law (PKWT, PKWTT, Severance pay, Wages, Leave, TKA, etc.). I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. Previously, I worked in Bekasi at an event organizer company named PT Karya Bersama Makmur as a production crew. I have also built a food business in 2018 called Dendeng Urang. I managed my small business as I was doing my school studies. Besides, in 2021 I have experience as a notary assistant for one month when I was doing my internship task. I am now working at CV.
