I am a trained journalist from North West Regional College in Northern Ireland, with several published journalistic and non-fiction creative writing pieces. I also hold an Open BA degree in social welfare and international relations, which has deepened my understanding of global issues.For the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a customer service representative in the insurance industry, focusing on client relations, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service. My experience working for Apple further enhanced my skills in customer experience.Outside of work, I’m passionate about photography and music.
