• I focused on overseeing the technology needs and several engineers of multiple projects under the greater umbrella of our Air Traffic Management research program;• Duties included working with principal investigators and stakeholders to determine technology requirements, managing project developers, interfacing with other developer and research teams, issue-tracking and VCS (Git) management, as well as leading the design and development efforts of all required software.

• Assembled a team of 25 artists, developers, and designers to create a high-quality, immersive, VR-capable arena FPS with RPG elements for PC / consoles;• Beyond the wide-range of company-management duties, my primary role is to design the gameplay and overall user experience for the player;• I manage the entire life cycle of the development process from design to concept to 3D to rigging/animation to engine implementation and testing.

• Worked as a Research Engineer (GS-0180, “Engineering Psychology”) in the Human Factors Division at Volpe on a wide range of transportation-related projects.• Research involved user interviews, cognitive walkthroughs, A/B testing, field studies, head- and eye-tracking, software development, and more.• Appointed the Technical Lead of the air traffic management simulation platform, DESIREE and the Lead Web Developer of the SAPT project for a website that received ~45,000 unique daily visitors.
