Ever since I worked my first job bussing tables at Outback Steakhouse, I knew that I loved to solve problems.It does not matter if the problem is how can we increase the efficiency of the current workforce or how can we express the desired protein in our model organism.I leverage critical thinking skills with hard work and persistence to get the required results.Reflecting on my past occupations, I discovered that I am most passionate in making creative, practical impacts relating to human resources.I wanted to master the knowledge needed to be the most effective human resources professional that I could be, so I am pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Texas A&M University- Mays Business School.With a goal- driven mindset, I have:• Mentored 3 college and high school students by providing constructive feedback and guidance through experimental challenges; culminating in each student's impactful capstone presentation• Researched a key lipid molecule in treatment resistant breast cancer and found a novel therapeutic option; resulting in a second- authorship publication in a peer- reviewed science journal• Integrated route planning software to automatically choose the most efficient route for daily inspections; implementation led to a 25% increase in number of inspections performed daily• Led and motivated a team of 6 facilitators; accomplishing a 0-incident safety record while promoting personal and team growth among participantsSpecialties: Leadership Development, Team Dynamic Analysis, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, Training and Development, Big Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis
