Through my extensive experience in customer facing roles, I am able to build a proffessional, yet friendly rapport with our customers. From ensuring customers are on the correct tariff tailored to their personal energy consumption, to analysing large data sets and historic invoices in order to maintain industry standards, my role enables me to help customers understand their usage and consumption data.
