As a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach, I help people achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized and evidence-based programs. I have a level 3 personal trainer certification and I am pursuing a BSc in Sports and Exercise at the University of Exeter which is incredibly helpful for gaining further knowledge to use not only for my clients but also to utilise for academic research. Im passionate about academic research and perusing not only a practical career but also a scientific research based career alongside as well. I am passionate about promoting physical and mental wellbeing, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and techniques to enhance my coaching.
