Currently, I'm a STEM focused student with experience working in the customer service industry. While this helped me develop my interpersonal and customer service skills, I am eager to gain more practical experience, especially in fields such as software development and web design.By studying BTEC Software Design and Development, I gained a variety of skills applicable to the software development industry, such as using agile development, or how to collaborate best with team members to provide a final product that best meets the client criteria. Studying BSc Applied Software Engineering at Cardiff University is also helping me further reinforce these skills.While at Cardiff University, my aim is to build upon my current existing knowledge of programming languages, while also extending my language library further.
