From the age of 4, I have always loved writing. Whether it be poems for mum's birthday or my own book review of The Cat in the Hat, there was never a time where I did not revert to writing as my main form of expression and communication. Developing my skills over the years has been met with difficulties, however taking an active step for professional training and enrolling in Victorian University's arts course has proven essential in becoming a professional writer. It has taken me many attempts at different occupations to decipher that innate question on every 20-somethings lips - "What are you going to do with your life?" Unfortunately leaving me at 23 (almost) with knowledge in many fields, albeit no substantial work experience.What I am hoping to achieve through linkedin is networking in my preferred field and sharing work with peers so my skills can continue to develop. I also want to freelance for business to build my portfolio.
