• Responsible for overall delivery across multiple Global and Regional (North Asia based) digital projects• Ran a large remediation project for SCB Securities Services (SS), covering existing Client’s account remediation and process changes for new accounts, based on SS Procedures adopted by the Bank

• Responsible for overall delivery across multiple Global (Singapore based) projects, including business requirements, impact & risk, process design and documentation, senior stakeholder management, user testing and training, and data migration• Implemented automated transaction restrictions across SCB’s global Client Management system, Client Data system and Financial Markets and Core Banking Transaction Processing architecture• Led training delivery and change management for (1) a new Group Offboarding Policy & Procedures, and (2) a new Group ‘Client Due Diligence’ system, rolled out across SCB globally• Designed a suite of specialized MI for Senior CLDM Management in Tableau analytics

• Led several workstreams for HSBC Securities Services product & change projects, with end-to-end experience in the project lifecycle, and daily exposure to internal and external stakeholders• Lead migration of HSBC Asia’s entire Cash Equities reporting and reconciliation process to a new settlements product, implemented a new financial accounting product (SPARC) for HSBC Asia, and owned requirements gathering, data compatibility, and user testing for the resulting new architecture• Worked on a new Fixed Income settlements and accounting product for HSBC Japan, and designed HSBC Singapore’s reconciliation process for equity clearing and settlement with the SGX systems
