Experienced in leading large teams, youth engagement and programme delivering. Also experienced in volunteer recruitment and managing community action and political campaigns. Worked in a number of roles within Education and Youth sectors, with a wide range of demographics in numerous different settings, ranging from large inner city academies, to specialist schools, to the NCS Youth Programme.Also ran a small business for a few years, growing the customer base and making it profitable, while also getting strong reviews and feedback from guests.Spent eight months working for a Member of Parliament, in both their Parliamentary office and then as part of their campaign team.Now working for an NCS delivery provider as a manager, and returned to teaching in Staffordshire. Two jobs that I absolutely love, for the difference they can make every day. I’m passionate about the importance of a good education, providing young people with strong knowledge and life skills - with a particular interest and experience in personal development and residential programmes.
