Project: Vistakon Phase 5Vistakon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, is an existing manufacturing facility for the world’s number one brand of contact lenses. The €100 million project involved the installation of four new Production Lines at the Contact Lens Plant, a new building structure for Administration (including offices, full toilet, a shower and changing room facilities), and also a new structure of Wastewater Treatment and Trade Effluent.Duties included;• setting out, levelling and surveying the site • checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations• managing quality control, health and safety matters on site • preparing reports as required such as inspection and testing• hangover documents

Project: Deaf Village Ireland Project, CIDP & SportcoAs part of the €15 million project, the new building structures developed are a combination of 2 story double height space as well as a single story comprising of a sports hall, swimming pool, multi-purpose room, gym, changing room facilities, administration areas, social areas, and a chapel. The old existing chapel building complex was retained and refurnished to provide new office space, a centre for lifelong learning, parent and visitor accommodation and a deaf heritage centre.Duties included;• setting out, levelling and surveying the site • checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations• day-to-day management of the site • planning the work• managing quality control, health and safety matters on site
