After a long journey in fintech, I realized that the global financial system is undergoing a profound transformation. I stepped out of my comfort zone and moved to the East Coast to connect with mentors from Wall Street. I took on the role of CTO to explore three key areas of fintech: crypto custodian technology, settlement networks, and regulatory & compliance systems (including KYC and AML). We helped clients solve problems in financial industry and assembled a team with diverse expertise, including banking tech, blockchain layer 2, and regulatory & compliance. Together, we built a blockchain layer 2 product as a settlement network using cutting-edge technology. As a co-founder, my daily work involves not only product development but also engaging with numerous banks and financial institutions. I've learned from four mentors across different U.S. cities and work tirelessly to deepen my understanding and skills.Metacubes is a company focused on conducting extensive academic research and developing industrial solutions for real-world problems faced by financial institutions and banks, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. At this stage, our team remains private, and we are continuously bringing on experts from institutions like Stanford, Harvard, and MIT. Solving real problems using blockchain technology.Exploring Fintech leveraging blockchain perspective. I'm a blockchain architect and technical product manager (TPM) in this role. I work with banks and design and architect fintech products by leveraging blockchain technology. Compared to my previous position as a software engineer, this role requires not only coding skills but also a deep understanding of industry demands and product features. Most importantly, I have the opportunity to engage with fintech pioneers and seasoned entrepreneurs, gaining insights into the profound impact of the fintech industry. This experience has further solidified my determination to pursue a career in fintech.

This position requires strong coding skills and a collaborative mindset. I'm a backend engineer working alongside data engineers, protocol engineers, and machine learning engineers. My role involves collaborating with the team to build the backend framework and ensure seamless connectivity with the cloud server. Through this experience, I have not only enhanced my technical coding skills but also learned how to architect a product. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates and how teams collaborate has been valuable for my career development.
