The golden thread throughout my career is being able to cut through complexity, driving execution and growth. This includes Digital product and platform delivery for clients and strategic partnerships, within complex regulations and streamlining operating models. My career has included corporate and start-up growth with the ability to work in multiple environments. I am a financial services, open finance and wealth market specialist, working in an FCA regulated environment, with fast-moving technology changes, and multiple international markets. I have led award-winning and market leading product growth within prior fintech /wealthtech roles including start-up Chief Executive Officer, MD and corporate Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer. Highly successful growth, digital transformation, TOM, and product management expertise and organic strategies have scaled businesses and increased revenue and margins. These roles have delivered key partner and client relationships and built long-term revenue generating distribution channels. Both in corporate and startups I have been supported by outstanding teams and peer groups, drawing on collective experience delivering growth, innovation and in finance and distribution.
