◉ As part of my role, I provide support to the Development team, Testing Chapter, and Production team during the project lifecycle. This includes assisting with quality assurance (QA), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pre-production activities, Production Deployment, and post-production support.◉ In addition, I collaborate with the Architecture team to develop design solutions for initiated projects, while also providing input on architecture and flows related to Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Cash Dispensing Machines (CDMs).◉ I use Project planning methods to plan projects in conjunction with Project managers and other teams, based on quarterly releases. This helps ensure that project goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.◉ To ensure the application is compliant with the organization's standards, I engage with the security team during every Release. This includes working towards becoming Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.◉ Furthermore, I work with the Change Release team to plan and execute Release activities, while also ensuring that forecasted studies have been conducted on servers to avoid potential disk space and utilization issues.◉ I manage vendor deliveries and coordinate schedules with the internal development team, in collaboration with the Project manager. This helps ensure that project requirements are delivered within expected timelines.

I gained extensive experience in the full life cycle of application design, development, testing, implementation, and production support, including authentic EFT switch migration. One example of my work includes the replacement of RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd of India's legacy system with an authentic EFT switch. I customized the authorization hub, local controller, ATM/CDM device handler, and basic NPCI transactions and receipt templates, and implemented LTS/TVS according to the standards, generating TMK keys with HSM. Additionally, I handled end-to-end transaction configuration, developed a new interface for ATM/CDM fault monitoring, and implemented message mapping, validation rules, and multiple action lists.I also developed the EJ and Content Management Application to facilitate the transfer of electronic journal data from ATMs to a centralized server, along with other content files. Another project I worked on was the ATM Ticketing Tool, which is used for ATM ticketing systems and reads device fault messages received from the EFT switch.Aside from these projects, I have worked on various others, including EJ and cash file readers, HR management, an internal file management system, and a switch monitoring application that generated multiple reports. With these projects, I have refined my skills in application development, customization, and technical support, allowing me to provide exceptional value to clients.
