Fion currently has twenty (20) years working experience including structural engineering related to offshore oil and gas industries and asset integrity management for wind industry. She involved in design of foundation, offshore topsides, jacket structure and FPSO for FEED, EPIC, detailed engineering and reassessment study in accordance to both Working Stress Method (WSD) and Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD). Currently she is working as Lead Specialist for asset integrity management including preventive and corrective inspection and maintenance campaigns, covering both offshore wind turbines and substation. She is also involved in project management for major incident case. The covering scope of involved work: design review, engineering drawing check and issue, computer modelling and analysis: Inplace, Loadout, Lifting, Transportation, Pile driveability, Boat impact, Pushover, On-bottom, Seismic, Fatigue, detailing design for pre-service and in-service condition. She is conversant with computer aided design system and current codes of practice (API RP2A, AISC, ISO etc.).
