I consider myself to be a highly motivated individual and I have gained vast experience working within the Property management industry in the UK over the last 19 years. My career to date has included working within the operations department for Regus PLC, Yourspace PLC, Northern Property Management Ltd and as Property Manager at Claremont Place, Newcastle, for Ziggurat Student Living. In this position I managed the transition of a Grade II listed building through from refurbishment stage to a fully operational student residence based on the Newcastle University Campus.I have proven track record of successful set up and management of serviced business centres. I have an in-depth knowledge of operations and facilities management in this industry as well as strong communication and people management skills. I am a personable individual who prides herself on a job well done and looks to motivate others to ensure they are aware of and are meeting their full potential. My aim is always to provide a top class level of customer service to my tenants whilst retaining and increasing occupancy and maximising revenue. I work hard to ensure that the building environment is of the highest possible standard of quality.
