My duties were to Coordinate an extensive range of visits within NSW alongside industry and government bodies and to design itineraries in line with NSW tourism growth plan. I created and made all the itinerary arrangements for traditional inbound travel groups, tailored to suit key international markets: USA, China, India, Singapore and Japan. I worked on the partnerships and events team supporting activities across major events and partnerships, including Vivid, Oprah Winfrey, World Youth Day, YouTube Symphony Orchestra and Airline partnerships inaugural celebrations, including significant industry trade and expo events. This position demanded high standards, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. With the Executive Director, I wrote and compiled around 200 communication briefs and managed the approval process between the agency and Minister Jodi McKay’s office. I was responsible for developing and arranging complex itineraries, event run sheets and schedules. I fostered and maintained local and international stakeholder and partner relationships. I collaborated with the trade visit team in organising product workshops and pop-up events. I helped travel and tourism businesses establish themselves in the industry through educational workshops. I supported a team that produced and edited content for the NSW visitor's website. Worked with the host team of the world's largest trade show, ATE and significant travel awards such as Tourism Awards hosted by Tourism Australia.
