Fiona has over 25 years experience in the health and wellness profession. She is passionate about stewarding women through life transitions and rites of passage including, Pregnancy, Matrescence, Menopause and beyond. Fiona is a regular guest speaker on Mindfulness and mental health and wellbeing. As a yoga therapist, counsellor and integrative psychotherapist she is keenly aware of the importance of exploring and developing effective self-care practices and strategies for therapists working in the helping and healing professions. Fiona and her husband, Dr Mark Donohoe (MB BS) have produced podcasts for Blackmores Australia, Bioceuticals and Medlab Clinical- leaders in the complimentary health care industry.
