Service manager for aspire, the Early Interventions in Psychosis service for Leeds. Responsible for the overall delivery of a full multi-disciplinary community mental health service. Proud to be part of Community Links, a 3rd sector provider, my role involves developing service delivery in line with NHS England and NICE guidance for Early Intervention, whilst maintaining close working relationships with the wider organisation, NHS commissioners, other statutory and non-statutory partners. As service manager I hold budget responsibility for the commissioned service, as well as leadership and management accountability for a team of over 40 staff comprising psychological therapists, psychiatrists, qualified mental health professionals, recovery and administrative workers.

One of two team leaders within the Leeds Early Interventions in Psychosis service. Overall responsibility for management of 2 clinical teams (12 people) and part of the wider service clinical leads team. My role encompasses clinical, management, leadership and project work.
