Responsible for offices in London, Oxford and Macclesfield. Duties included HR administration, organisation of conferences and training, PA support to senior staff, Legal paperwork and procurement of supplies across the UK.

I worked full time as a waitress at a very busy historical pub. During my time here I ranked as one of the top 5 servers in Mitchell and Butler establishments across the South East based on customer feedback.

Over a 3 month period I was responsible for setting up a system of collecting Patient Recorded Outcome Measures and National Joint Registry Consent. I implemented a newly designed system of administration that separated clinical and administrative functions.

Responsible for organising the office diary, ensuring compliance with legal process of smartcard distribution and security checks, taking minutes in project management meetings as well as meetings with the wider organisation, liaising with other departments to organise meetings and use of shared resources, distribution and handover of smart cards, organising training across the organisation.
