OneLife Coaching is run on the beautiful Kapiti Coast. It was founded out of a 3am moment of inspiration (you know the sort!) and has been going from strength to strength since its’ inception.OneLife offers groups or individuals a tailor made coaching solution. Services are available either in person for the Kapiti region or via telephone or Skype. Should you have an event you are interested in having a coach speak at that is also a possibility – just contact me with your ideas and I will take it from there.My background is varied, having worked in retail, finance, management, recruitment and sales. From smaller more boutique organisations to large corporates.

I have a passion for contemporary music, having initially trained classically I found a real place in my heart for blues and soul music. I sing and teach as part of the Tapestry Music Group
