I hold a HNC in professional patisserie from Telford College, as well as a city & guilds 706 1 & 2, and a REHIS diploma in health and hygiene. I have 7 years of experience as a head chef with Baxterstorey and 22 years experience as a head chef with Fettes College. I have also gained experience working at the Caledonian hotel in Edinburgh where I gained expertise in various cuisines and catering styles. I am skilled in food preparation, menu planning , food safety, and customer service. I am passionate about creating innovative and delicious dishes that meet the needs and preferences of different customers and occasions. I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and satisfaction in my work.
