Responsibility▪ Identifying potential and regular customers and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeat customers.▪ To establish a warm and close rapport and positive attitude at all times with customers.▪ Providing information about facilities, entertainment, upcoming events, promotion and benefits of the organization hotels and casino benefits. ▪ To arrange Arrivals and Departures for our customers, make reservations/upgrades for hotel suites, to ensure their journey in and out of Macau is perfectly handled. ▪ To coordinate the flow of paperwork, reports, tabulating data and it’s submission to the manager. ▪ Reporting and handing over of all information to team members and superiors.▪ To effectively carry out all tasks and delegating tasks to lower rank staff. ▪ Monitoring team members’ KPI and problem solving.
