Development of all SLA's KPI's, processes, procedures & best practice. Preparation of 5 year plans for investment, upgrades & refurbishment programmes. Accountable for safety audits, property HSEQ obligations, compliance & legislative requirements. Executive communication of all FM items. Drive forward continuous improvements on service delivery, cost efficiencies & performance of the FM Team.
