Extensive experience as a commercially focussed HR Business Partner supporting the Employee Benefits business followed by a secondment to an HR Project Manager to run a project for the Global Head of HR.• Headed multiple large and small redundancy exercises, restructures and complex disciplinary and grievances, advising and minimising key risks involved.• Led the HR due diligence for three acquisitions both in the UK and Ireland, working closely with the M&A team.• Completed several Tupes (including Trade Union involvement), negotiating key terms and any appropriate exit arrangements.• Project managed the Annual Compensation Review • Created and embedded a set of Global HR Standards, providing the Group with a measurable data set collated across all regions.• Partnered with Finance and HRIS following a restructure within the organisation, redesigning the organisational structure and implementing it within the HR system. • Rolled out engagement initiatives e.g. a project on improving the work environment, advising MDs on a change of their approach to improve communication scores for the Engagement Survey.• Revised policies and template letters, recommending appropriate changes to Group wide polices.Learning & Development• Embedded a behavioural competency framework within my client groups through analysis of roles and job descriptions, integrating the framework into recruitment, performance review and subsequently restructuring.• Reviewed the training and competency arrangements across the business as part of an analysis in line with the Financial Conduct Authority, recommending the roll out of a more robust T&C framework across the whole business.• Used the Predictive Index tool as a team building activity, coaching a wide array of employees including actuaries and administrative staff.
