During this time I worked overseas on large highly sensitive and confidential Fraud projects in Brazil, Egypt, Italy, Russia and Switzerland. I spent 5 months working in Zurich on a very sensitive and highly confidential case, running administration duties for over 150 members of staff. My day to day duties included all secretarial tasks, complex diary management, worldwide travel bookings and itineraries, organising Visa’s, sponsorship letters and passports, typing of lengthy detailed and graphical reports, sometimes consisting of over 500 pages. I had vast knowledge of typing fraud reports and was the main point of contact for any macro problems or corruptions in the reports during my time in the department. I was responsible for organising a twice yearly fraud marketing event and dinner for approximately 150 senior clients, organising all the catering, food and wine tasting, technical support, presentation, liaising with the guest speaker and being the main point of contact after issuing all the invitations. I managed expense claims of over £15,000 ensuring allocation to the correct charge code. I signed confidentiality agreements and abided by any conflict of interest statements. I organised the Forensic International Conference in Budapest, arranging flights and accommodation for over 200 people and liaising with the conference venue and arranging equipment and facilities. I worked on a 1:1 basis for the Senior Partner for nearly 10 years but also enjoyed working for his fraud team and thrived in the busy and demanding environment.
