As Executive Officer for Paddle Queensland Incorporated, I implemented many changes to the organisation to ensure the sustainability and viability of the organisation. I worked closely with other sporting organisations to share opportunities and resources to ensure the best value for our members. Communications and digital platforms were the focus of the organisation along with the ability to provide a sustainable business plan for the future of the sport.

Develop and deliver the Good Sport and Healthy Eating program to sport across Queensland.

As the National Business Development Manager I facilitate new relationships with National and State Sporting Bodies, Promoters, Event Owners and Local Government, to grow and develop sports tourism in regional Australia. Specifically case managing regional centers in Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania, I regularly meet with the state bodies to identify new events and events that have potential to grow tourism within the region.
