Work with various non-profit organizations within the city of Calgary to find suitable candidates for housing within our organization. Responsible for working with over 600 tenants and their support agencies to ensure success within our housing program.Complete monthly reports on rental revenue and vacancy rates. Fill any vacancies in a timely manner. First line of contact for individuals looking for housing within our organization. Respond to and assist with any tenant concerns regarding their housing.

Worked with The Child Support Counsellors of the YWCA - Harbour House. Was able to learn counselling techniques used for children who have experienced trauma in their lives. I became familiar with crisis counselling techniques and processes for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Completed various research projects exploring the effects that prolonged stress can have on children later in life.
