I have responsibility for the delivery of the full spectrum of the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy and programs, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver on the Firm’s cultural ambitions with respect to this important work.

Established strong Diversity, Equity and Inclusion foundations to deliver the people components of the organisational strategy related to creating a diverse and welcoming culture with belonging at the core. - Developed an Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and Inclusion & Diversity Policy. - Established 3 networks: Cultural & Linguistically Diverse, Disability and Pride. - Integrated inclusion content in induction, recruitment, leadership and culture work. - Established an annual survey to understand diversity and belonging experiences.

Developed and embedded diversity & inclusion practices and programs across the organisation. Led a team of nine Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leads dedicated to implementing the Reconciliation Action Plan and culturally supporting the organisation via cultural training. - Developed and delivered an Accessibility, Employment and Inclusion Plan. - Established a Wellbeing portal for staff during COVID-19 to improve mental health. - Achieved Disability Confident Recruiter accreditation. - Managed Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade float; 2017, 2019, and 2020.

Delivered CBA-wide diversity & inclusion initiatives with a commercial lens: - Created a Sustainable Supply Chain Framework to manage CBA's supply chain risks. - Developed a Supplier Diversity Strategy, introducing Indigenous & women-owned suppliers. - Ran two Disability Mentoring Programs making 50 matches and resulting in positive employment outcomes for young people with disability.

Supported the Retail Bank develop D&I initiatives aligned to CBA's strategy: - Defined the Retail Bank's 2020 D&I Plan and reporting for 15,000 employees. - Co-delivered monthly 2-hour LGBTI training on behalf of CBA's LGBTI Network. - Managed a pilot Sponsorship Program for 16 identified high-potential women. - Delivered a leadership program to 135 high-performing Manager-level women. - Managed complex stakeholders to deliver CBA's first hijab for its Muslim women.

I returned to this role after an external secondment to Reconciliation Australia: - Updated CBA's Supplier Code of Conduct aligned with ESG and GRI G4 principles. - Managed Procurement's productivity accreditation process and risk profile. - Speaker on a UN Women & Women's Empowerment Principles panel. - Key to set-up of CBA's first Disability Employee Network driving disability inclusion. - Managed two CBA disability mentoring programs, matching CBA staff with mentees.

This skilled secondment with Reconciliation Australia provided wide networking opportunities with Government, corporate and NGO members. Key achievements: - Organised two high-profile events in Canberra's Parliament House for 50 organisations to mark the Prime Minister's annual Close the Gap report. - Developed a Communications Toolkit to help organisations bring their RAP to life.

This role supported Group Procurement to execute on its people strategy: - Established a Dry-Cleaning Service with a difference (2012-2019) for 20,000 staff across 7 Sydney precincts - a collaboration between CBA, Cerebral Palsy Alliance & a dry cleaner, creating part-time employment for 3 people with disabilities. - Supported build of a Capability Framework Tool with 25 roles for staff to map their capabilities. - Awarded a Financial Services Individual Award (2010) for delivering a workshop to increase the confidence and leadership aspiration of women in junior roles. - Facilitated the flow of CBA's strategic priorities and execution of the Group Procurement Strategy. - Led development of Procurement's new intranet site, affecting all CBA staff.
