Summary:I act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for assigned investment products. This involves reviewing RFPs and DDQs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and acting as a primary point of contact for RFP / DDQ Specialists where questions are identified that may require new or revised product-related content.I lead the process of sourcing, writing, editing, and maintaining standard responses held in the Global RFP/DDQ content library, working closely with business partners across the firm to develop and maintain high-quality, compelling language that conveys consistent messaging and a strong competitive advantage.Key Responsibilities:• Provide product expertise and customization for equity strategies in support of RFP, DDQ and Consultant Database Services asset gathering/retention efforts, and other corporate announcements by assessing impact to existing content, and implementing changes in an efficient and timely manner, communicating key content additions and updates to the broader group.• Lead content creation and maintenance for equity sections of the content library when required.• Partner with experts across the firm on new language development, for example new product launches, marketing refreshes and platform evolution.• Conduct periodic content reviews, including analysing, editing, and proofreading content in accordance with review schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency with product marketing initiatives, investment strategy team input, and house styles.• Collaborate with RFP/DDQ, Consultant Data Services and Marketing teams to ensure significant edits to library content are captured.• Assume responsibility for database administration on assigned content sections, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness of metadata and consistency of approach.
